He obtained his PHD in Law and Political Sciences at the Universidad de Antioquia and an M.A. in Educational Administration from Stanford University.  He obtained his Ed.D in Social and Political planning from Harvard University and an M.SC. in Educational administration.  He is a professor at the Administration faculty of Los Andes University and a business consultant in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Central America, Venezuela and the United States. Consultant and author of several publications on Corporate Governance, Family Business, Strategic Redirection and Business Culture Change Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation, Management Indicators, Organizational Reengineering, among others. He counts with a vast teaching experience in several universities such as: Universidad de Antioquia, Universidad Pedagogica Nacional, and Universidad de Los Andes as main professor. Also as an invited lecturer at the University of Miami (Miami, U.S.A) , Universidad Gabriela Mistral (Santiago de Chile, Chile), Universidad de San Francisco (Quito, Ecuador),  Instituto Politécnico  del Litoral (Guayaquil, Ecuador), Universidad Pontificia Boliviana (La Paz, Bolivia), Universidad Corporativa (Costa Rica), Université de Nancy (Nancy, France), among others.

Attorney at law and consultant in the area of Corporate Law, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She specialized on Commercial Law at the Universidad del Rosario. She has been Legal Director of Biogen Laboratorios de Colombia S.A. In this post, she was responsible for the company’s legal affaires, the supervision and execution of its commercial procedures, for the negotiation of the Collective Labor Agreement, consultant and backup for the area of Human Resources, among other responsibilities.  She is a consultant on Commercial Law, Industrial Property, Sanitary Law, Corporate Law, Foreign Investment, Family Business, Foreign Currency Regime, Agreements of Commercial Distribution and Agency Agreements, among other subjects.

She graduated as an Attorney at Law from the Universidad Nacional. She specialized in Economic Law and Tributary Law at the Universidad del Rosario. Presently, she is a candidate for the title of Master in Law at the Universidad de los Andes. She is Legal Director of the Proprietary Equity law area of the Universidad de Los Andes Law Center. She is also a professor of the same university and of the Universidad de Pamplona. He graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Industrial de Santander. He made studies on Credit Facilities and Logic at the Chase Manhattan Bank of Panama, Investment Banking at CESA and the Universidad de los Andes, Logistics at CESA and advanced Excel and Financial modeling at the Universidad Nacional. He has been a permanent adviser on business financial, logistics and operational matters. He has a vast experience on integral business management and commercial financial operations for companies of the economy’s real sector. Also, he has great ability on historical analysis and businesses diagnostics during corporate restructuring and normalization processes. He is a consultant in process analysis and development and ISO working methods implementation. She has been associate justice of the First Section of the Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca and has a vast experience as a Tax Attorney in the private and public sector in areas such as tax planning, tax audits and private and corporate consultancy.
