This area is dedicated to the protection and development of Industrial Property and Author’s rights, by developing effective mechanisms to secure our client’s intangible assets, such as: commercial symbols  (themes, names, etc), protection over new creations, intellectual work and other related rights that are of great value for business men.

This department is conformed by a group of highly qualified professionals, which have created certain protection policies for the Intellectual property rights of our clients. These policies can be evidenced in the company’s security in this matter, as they count with a permanent, reliable and timely assistance for any event related with this issue.

We also contribute to the company’s development, by giving advice on the elaboration and following of the license contracts, franchise contracts, technology transfer contracts and other related negotiations involving intellectual property.

In addition, we defend the intellectual rights of our clients before the ordinary jurisdiction and the contentious administrative, in the quality of accused or prosecutors, in nullity actions, and right’s reestablishment before The State council. Also we execute the necessary legal actions, like: unfair competition actions, trademark usurpation actions and any protective action regarding intellectual property.

We have given priority to the consumer’s protection inscribed in the company’s development policies, through sanitary registries that permit the trading of products in optimum conditions, fulfilling the sanitary laws requirements for: food and alcoholic beverages, medicaments and health supplies, cleaning products, cosmetics, whether they are for national manufacturing or importation.
