| Corporate Social Responsability |

SUÁREZ & ASOCIADOS wants to unite efforts on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) field, and for this purpose it has decided to support, along with its’ clients and friends, social sensed Integral Nutrition programs by a monthly donation bond to non-profit organizations that need our help. With this donation, SUAREZ & ASOCIADOS serves as FACILITATOR, COORDINATOR and AUDITOR for the entities and people that want to support the program and make them part of the benefits this brings to the community (that it’s the main goal) and tax reliefs for the donors.
The program is planned as follows:

We have done a specific alliance with SABORES SIBONEY S.A, company that is dedicated to the fruit pulp and juices fabrication and marketing, who will sell the product to SUAREZ & ASOCIADOS with distributor's price. These products will be, at the same time, delivered to the different charity institutions.
The product’s delivery is coordinated between SABORES SIBONEY and SUAREZ & ASOCIADOS, by publishing on the web page the favored institutions. In order to identify these institutions, SUAREZ & ASOCIADOS has determined which of these will receive the donations. Never the less, if someone is interested in donating to an specific entity, he will have to inform SUAREZ & ASOCIADOS in order to coordinate it.
The favored entities will emit a certification to the donor indicating the donation's value, so they can be tax deducted. (Law 488 of 1998, art. 31).
We will perform a constant and periodical audit to the favored entities, in order to verify the effective and efficient use of the donations.
The audits results will be posted on our Web page, and the accounts will be settled with the donators.
